Sometimes the Unflattering and Sometimes Frightening Thoughts and Feelings

arise when healing with Bach flowers. Those who have done lots of self work may

indeed find that the closest work…that which was left for last, the most subconscious,

the issue we hold closest or closeted…this energy is tough to face which is why we may

have buried it in the first place! But there it remains and with the help of flowers can leave

our bodies. This little prayer/mantra may help and keep you on your clear way.  Peace

and blessings. It does get better.

Before you take your  Bach flowers
Become  loving,  in a place of love.
Then prayerfully say (you can adapt:)
I intend to experience with clarity and presence
the positive aspects of this healing flower; I allow
the energy that is leaving my energy fields to flow
through me gently and easily and unnoticed but for the
aspects of appreciation that the energy has shown me

and  is now gone and I am able
to move forward in laughter joy and happiness.
